通过在不同温度下的静态吸附实验,研究了二硝酰胺铵(ADN)在树脂DX上的吸附热力学及动力学特性;通过实验测定了28~50℃的等温吸附线和吸附动力学数据,并分别用Langmuir和Freundlich模型对实验数据进行了拟合。结果表明,树脂DX对水溶液中ADN的吸附符合Freundlich等温吸附方程,该吸附过程的吉布斯自由能变(ΔG)<0,熵变(ΔS)>0,吸附过程可自发进行,不同吸附量下的吸附焓变(ΔH)>0,吸附为吸热过程;树脂DX对ADN的吸附属于快速平衡型,前30 min大量ADN被吸附在树脂DX上,60 min后吸附趋于平衡,吸附过程符合拟二级动力学方程;该吸附工艺操作简便,树脂DX吸附效率高,可重复利用,成本低。
Abstract:
Thermodynamic and kinetic characteristics of the adsorption of ammonium dinilramide (ADN) on resin DX were studied through static adsorption experiments at different temperatures. The adsorption isotherms and adsorption kinetic data at 28-50℃ were measured by experiments and the experimental data were fitted by Langmuir and Freundlich models, respectively. The results show that the adsorption of ADN in the aqueous solution by resin DX is in accordance with the Freundlich isothermal adsorption equation, and the Gibbs free energy change(ΔG)<0 and enthalpy change(ΔS)> 0 of the adsorption process indicate that the adsorption process can be carried out spontaneously. The adsorption of ΔH> 0 under different adsorption quantity indicates that the adsorption is an endothermic process. The adsorption of resin DX on ADN belongs to the fast equilibrium type. A large amount of ADN is adsorbed on resin DX in the first 30 minutes. After 60 minutes, the adsorption tends to balance, and the adsorption process conforms to the quasi-second-order kinetic equation. The adsorption process is simple and convenient to operate, the resin DX,with low cost, has high adsorption efficiency and can be reused.
